Royal Roads University Policy
Board Policy Statement
International graduate tuition fees will be set in accordance with cost and market considerations. The Board of Governors delegates to the President the authority to establish international graduate tuition fees at an amount between the general graduate tuition fee and double such fees.
As long as Royal Roads University receives government funding, a differential fee structure will be considered for international students.
President will oversee the development of a graduate tuition fee schedule consistent with the mandate of Royal Roads University and with principles established by the Board of Governors. The Board must approve, in advance, tuition with differential fees in excess of two times.
Information, Action and Monitoring Requirements for the Board
The Board will approve, annually, the schedule of graduate tuition fees.
The Board will receive, for information, updates about graduate tuition fee trends within the post-secondary education sector, as appropriate.
